Working collaboratively with individuals, SMEs, executive and senior management teams, nationally and internationally, I develop high quality partnerships to help you achieve your successes.
I have over 20 years’ experience in senior and strategic Organisational Development. Change Management and HR engagements, primarily within the private sector, delivering significant business change ranging from merger, acquisition, restructure, significant business recovery turnaround to the development of a national to international organisation. Constant change has personally enabled me to learn, grow and enhance the skills and resilience required to lead in challenging times and my passion is supporting and developing you and your teams to lead your people through change successfully.
I work with organisations of any size to support the development and delivery of your Organisational Development and People strategy; aligning activity to business goals, creating sustainable frameworks and delivering development solutions to add value and achieve impact. My style is positive and pragmatic, with appropriate challenge and feedback to encourage exploration of root of issues and barriers to unlock potential. I can help you to develop a clear plan of action to achieve your full potential in a pragmatic and practical way.
I coach individuals, executives and managers in wide range of sectors such as Higher and Further Education, Health and NHS, Automotive, Aviation, Travel, Engineering, Commercial, Legal and Finance and work with clients both nationally and internationally. Each coaching programme is specifically tailored to you and your specific goals.
